English - 40 credits

English 9; English 10; English 11; English 12 or Film as Literature 

(Each class is worth 10 credits)

 
Math - 20 credits

Must include completion of Algebra 1 (10 credits) or 1A & 1B (20 credits)


Social Studies - 35 credit

Geography - 5 credits

World History - 10 credits

U.S. History - 10 credits

American Government - 5 credits

Economics - 5 credits



Health - 5 credits



Science - 20 credits



Physical Education - 20 credits



Vocational, Fine Arts, or Foreign Language -20 credits



Electives - 60 credits



*** Students must pass the California High 
School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) in English- Language Arts and Math***



(English and Math Workshops are offered as an elective and give the 
student an opportunity to have a more concentrated review in these areas, 
to better prepare them for testing day.)
